Welcome to ABODE Our story began in 1985, when our founder Ar. Avinash Nawathe incorporated ANA Consortium Pvt Ltd which we now address as Team ANA. Team ANA started out as a Liaison and Architectural design consultancy firm for the real estate industry of Pune. Team ANA has been able to grow along with the industry and our clients over the last 35 years. We were able to achieve our sustainable growth because of the core values that have been present in our culture since the inception. Architectural consultation being at the core of Team ANA, we understand the challenges of the AEC industry.
With an aim to make the AEC industry more efficient and productive we created an integrated service platform for architects, engineers, contractors, real estate developers and homeowners which would help them design, visualize, coordinate & collaborate in the most efficient way that is through - BIM ( Building Information Modeling). And that is how we formalized ABODE.
